| It is never too late to find your calling. I have been a musician for decades and have great respect for all areas of the arts. Over the last 5 years I have given into a growing desire to photograph on a daily basis. I photograph things and ideas that interest me. Nothing pleases me more than taking a photo of something and losing myself in it at a later time. Finding things that I may not have fully caught with my eye originally but probably drew me to the subject on a subconscious level.
Music also plays a large role in my exploits and especially while doing any post work. The music depends on the mood, day and the photos I am working on. My interest lies mainly with landscapes and still life photography. I tend to shoot a lot of abandoned facilities such as homes and farms, or industrial structures in my free time. I also do portrait and event work. I prefer natural lighting and like to use flash/hot lights as little as possible. I enjoy shooting live bands in any size capacity but the more intimate the better.
